Keeping Families in Their Homes

The Orange County Emergency Rental Assistance Program (ERAP) is an income-based program aimed at helping Orange County’s most vulnerable tenants by providing financial assistance to tenants who are past-due on their rent as a result of financial hardships caused by the COVID-19 pandemic.

During phase one, the program distributed more than $30+ million in federal funds to assist eligible Orange County residents and, upon completion of phase two, an additional $13.5 million in rental assistance will be distributed to keep at-risk families in their homes.
