- Orange County 311 serves as the point of contact for the following divisions: Animal Services, Code Enforcement, Roads & Drainage, Traffic Engineering and Zoning.
Assistance is available in two ways:
- Over the phone person-to-person assistance at 311 or (407) 836-3111, between the hours of 7 a.m. to 9 p.m.(Monday-Friday), 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. (Saturday and Sunday); except county holidays.
- Via www.OrangeCountyFL.net (use the form provided, below)
