Cardboard! Duct Tape! Chilly Rock Springs! Ye build it, ye race it, arrrgh! Register through September 28 for Kelly Park’s 10th Annual Cardboard Canoe Regatta! This fun-filled event will be held on October 1, 8:30 a.m. – 4:30 p.m., with the race starting at 1 p.m. Teams of five pirates may register; all participants must be 12 years or older. “Boat artists” may be under age 12 and are not included in the team member count. Cost is $50 per team; all teams must register September 5 - 28 by calling 407-254-1902 or in person at Kelly Park. Event is limited to 16 teams.
