Description:
To rezone 8.88 acres from Country Estate District (R-CE)
to Planned Development (PD) in order to construct 80 multi-family (townhome)
residential dwelling units. The applicant
is also requesting a waiver from Orange Code to allow two (2) story multi-family (townhome)buildings to be located
