Description:

Develop a preferred alternative for the widening of Orange Avenue from 2 to 4 lanes from the Orange � Osceola county line to Florida�s Turnpike (approximately 0.61 miles). The RCA study is Orange County�s detailed project development process undertaken to evaluate potential preliminary engineering options and recommendations and address anticipated mobility needs of the corridor. In addition, the study will assess both social and environmental impacts associated with the planned road improvement.
