Description:
The Orange County Board of County Commissioners will hold a Special Meeting on Thursday, September 17, 2020 at 10:00 a.m. via WebEx.
This special meeting will be a closed Executive Session regarding Orange County Fire Rescue Department, International Association of Fire Fighters (IAFF) Local 2057 Contract Negotiations.
State law provides for such a closed meeting when collective bargaining is underway and a discussion between the Board, County administrative and legal staff, and the County?s bargaining representative is appropriate.
The closed session is authorized by Section 447.605, Florida Statutes.
