Description:Over the past 10 months, a committee of Orange County staff and outside citizen stakeholders have developed a floodplain management plan that identified the flood-related hazards, prepared a vulnerability assessment of their impact on people, buildings, and infrastructure and developed mitigation strategies to reduce damage for the different types of flooding within unincorporated Orange County.
