"How to Do Business" under the Orange County Neighborhood Stabilization Program

ORANGE COUNTY, FL-- Please join Commissioner Tiffany Moore Russell for a M/WBE and Small Business workshop this Monday, March 2, 2009 from 6:00 p.m. – 7:30 p.m.  The workshop will be held at the Pine Hills Community Church, 6408 Jennings Street, Orlando, Florida.  

Orange County Government has been allocated twenty-seven million dollars to purchase foreclosed or abandoned homes and to rehabilitate, resell, or redevelop these homes in order to stabilize our neighborhoods and save the decline of house values in our county. The workshop will outline how best local contractors and other licensed providers such as plumbers, electricians, painters, or realtors can express their intent to perform work under this program.
