Darden's new restaurant support center has been designed to incorporate many sustainable design elements including innovative water technologies, high solar reflectance roofing materials to reduce heat island affects, high performance windows; mechanical systems and lighting control systems to significantly reduce electrical consumption, and native landscaping to reduce irrigation requirements.
