Community Care for the Elderly (CCE): This program provides case management, elder care consultation and referral, homemaker service, personal care, adult day health care, home delivered meals, nutritional counseling, emergency alert response, volunteers, sitter/companions, caregiver relief, medical transportation, medical equipment and supplies. Formore information, call (407) 628-2884. Eligibility: must be a homebound senior 60 tears of age who are at-risk of nursing home placement.
Foster Grandparent Program: This program provides an opportunity for seniors to serve their community as mentors, tutors and caregivers by providing individual attention to children with special or exceptional needs. Grandparents' volunteer placements include, but are not limited to, schools, hospitals, drug treatment centers, day care centers, shelters and developmental centers. Retired Senior Volunteer Program (RSVP): This program give seniors an opportunity to volunteer their services through a variety of activities throughout the community. For more information, call (407) 422-1535. Eligibility: Must be at least 55 years of age or older.
Congregate Meals: The Congregate Meal program provides nutritionally balanced meals to seniors, as well as, social activities, arts and crafts, and exercise.
Transportation: This program provides transportation for elderly clients to the Congregrate sites. Grocery shopping trips and field trips are also provided for lunch program participants.
Short-term Case Management: This program includes the following services: screening, assessment, planning, arrangement for and coordination of appropriate community-based services. Short-term Case Management usually ends after 30 days.

The Senior Outreach/Exercise program is accessible to seniors aged 55 and over. It provides wellness classes to help improve or maintain physical functioning. The following activities are offered: arts and crafts, dancing classes, pot lucks, board games, and nutritional counseling. For more information, call (407) 896-9220.
The Taft Neighborhood Center for Families offers senior programming that includes social activities, informational seminars on health & wellness, health screenings, and occasional special events. Eligibility: Must be aged 60 or over for congregate meals and 55 to participate in senior activities.
