Family Counseling

Counseling for families struggling with pre-teens and teenagers, especially those who are truant, runaway or troubled. The program seeks to keep families together, improve communication, improve behavior and prevent involvement of these youth in the juvenile justice system. Family Counseling Fact Sheet- (365K)

Eligibility Requirements

Children 11-17 years of age
Parent/guardian must be living in Orange County
The child has missed an unreasonable amount of school (5 unexcused absences in 30 days or 15 unexcused absences in 90 days) or
The child is running away or threatening to do so or
The child is beyond parental control
