Low Income Home Energy Assistance Program (LIHEAP)

The Low Income Home Energy Assistance Program (LIHEAP) provides utility payment assistance to families whose income is at or below 150% of the federal poverty level. This assistance is provided to residents of Orange County.

Legal resident of Orange County
Household income at or below 150% of the federal poverty income guidelines
Proof of an energy obligation
