The Life Safety Education Bureau provides child safety seat checkpoints, teaming up with SafeKids of Central Florida and the Orange County Sheriffs Office. At each checkpoint, car seats are inspected for proper installation, defects, and recalls. By participating in these events, staff is able to ensure that Orange County children are correctly and safely secured in automobiles.
