The Roadway Conceptual Analysis (RCA) process was designed to address the existing and short-term transportation needs of our citizens and visitors. Throughout the data collection and subsequent technical analysis, there is an ongoing public involvement process where input is gathered from affected members of the community. During Public Workshops, Orange County staff present the alternatives being considered and solicit public input and concerns in order to develop an understanding and acceptance of the proposed transportation project. Throughout the RCA process, the Transportation Planning Division supports and fosters the continuing growth of our community, thus improving our overall quality of life.
