Orange TV is a 24-hour government access channel programmed and operated by Orange County, Florida.

The channel is currently available to cable subscribers in Orange County, portions of Seminole County, and the City of Orlando. Orange TV contains programming primarily produced by city, county, state, and federal agencies and their employees.

Chapter 12 of the Orange County Code mandates that cable operators provide a local government access channel. Channels allocated to Orange TV are: Channel 9 (Time Warner Cable, Adelphia Cablevision, and Hunter's Creek).
