1. Approval of the Nuisance Abatement Board's action of May 25, 2006 ordering the operator of the property known as the Economy Inn located at 2904 S. Orange
Blossom Trail to close the motel for a period of 90 days
commencing on June 1, 2006 based on a finding that the premises constitutes a public nuisance due to
continuing drug and prostitution activities. This order must be approved by the Board of County Commissioners prior to becoming a final administrative order of the nuisance abatement board. Page 226-258
