Enabling Legislation:
Resolution No. 2001-M-53 was adopted by the Board of County Commissioners on November 13, 2001.
Membership:
The advisory board shall consist of seven members appointed by the District Commissioner and confirmed by the Board of County Commissioners. Members shall be residents of the district during their service on the advisory board.

Powers and Duties:
The primary responsibility of the Lake Price Advisory Board is to assist and advise the Board of County Commissioners in providing for the general improvement and enhancement of the lake.
