Enabling Legislation:
Resolution No. 2000-M-52 was adopted by the Board of County Commissioners on December 19, 2000.
Membership:
The advisory board shall consist of five members. Members are appointed by the District Commissioner and approved by the Board of County Commissioners from among the residents of the district.

Powers and Duties:
The primary responsibility of the Lake Mary MSTU Advisory Board is to assist and advise the Board of County Commissioners in providing for the general improvement and enhancement of the lake.
