South Lake Fairview Advisory Board

Current Board Members

Enabling Legislation:
Resolution No. 2007-M-27 creating the South Lake Fairview Advisory Board was adopted by the Board of County Commissioners on July 31, 2007.

Membership:
The advisory board shall consist of three members. Members of the advisory board shall be residents within the South Lake Fairview MSTU during their service as members of the advisory board. All members shall serve until their successors are appointed by the Board of County Commissioners. Members shall be appointed by the district commissioner and confirmed by the Board of County Commissioners.

  • 3 At Large Representative

Term Length: 2 Years

Term Of Office:
Two of the original members shall be appointed for a term expiring on December 31, 2008, and one of the original members shall be appointed for a term expiring on December 31, 2009. Thereafter, at the expiration of the initial terms, members shall be appointed for two-year terms.

Powers and Duties:
The duties of the advisory board shall be to advise the Board of County Commissioners regarding the administration and operation of the South Lake Fairview MSTU in matters related to the provision of general maintenance improvements and enhancement of South Lake Fairview.
