    Enabling Legislation:
    Resolution No. 91-M-27 was adopted by the Board of County Commissioners on June 25, 1991.

    Membership:
    Seven members, one member to be appointed from each of the commission districts upon recommendation of the district commissioner and one member to be appointed at large upon recommendation of the County Mayor.

    Powers and Duties:
    The primary responsibility of the Community Development Advisory Board is to conduct studies, hold hearings, and make recommendations to the Board of County Commissioners regarding the federal Housing and Community Development Act of 1974 and subsequent federal regulation.
