The Health & Family Services Department provides funding for variety of programs and services for seniors throughout Orange County including: congregate meals, fitness & exercise programs, transportation, exercise, arts & crafts, and much more. Programs and services are made available though the Citizens' Commission for Children and Community Action.

Orange TV (Brighthouse 199/Comcast 9) & Vision TV (Brighthouse 198/Comcast 98) offers locally produced quality programming dedicated to senior interests and concerns. Of special interest, is the "Vital Living Block" on Vision TV - a 4 hour block that features shows including: "Active Lifestyles Magazine", "Vital Living Forum," "Cardiotap Exercise,"  and "Aging in America." The Parks and Recreation Department provides a variety of senior activities and group events at the Marks Street Senior Recreation Complex. Hours of operation are 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. Monday thru Saturday, and 1:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. on Sunday. Call (407) 245-0921 for more information.
