Grant funding is available for projects seeking a minimum of $1,000 to a maximum of $10,000 award. Projects require a community contribution, which is equal to a percentage of the grant request. Total project costs cannot exceed $20,000.
- All physical improvement projects must be located along a major thoroughfare.
- Communities and projects that demonstrate need will receive greater consideration.
- Only a limited number of grants will be awarded per district per calendar year.
- Organizations may not apply more than two consecutive years at a time.
- Projects must be completed within six months from initial funding.
- Organizations are required to have a five (5) to seven (7) member grant team
- Applications are accepted year round*
*Grant proposals are not reviewed in January, June, July, & December.
Neighborhood's Matching Fund Contribution
Total Project Cost Match $1000 - $5000 5% $6000 - $20,000 50%
Projects over $6000 in targeted areas only require a 25% cash match.
