• All registrations must be submitted with payment and postmarked by June 27, 2008.
• A conference registration form must be submitted for each person planning to attend. 
• Faxed registrations will not be accepted.
• After June 27th, if seating is available, registration will be $15.00 per person and can only be paid the day of the conference at the registration desk.
