• All registrations must be submitted with payment and postmarked by June 26, 2009.
  
• A conference registration form must be submitted for each person planning to attend.
  
• Faxed registrations will not be accepted.
  
• After June 26th, if seating is available, registration will be $15.00 per person and can only be paid the day of the conference at the registration desk.
