Programs and Services

The Orange County Neighborhood Services Division offers programs and services designed to educate residents and/or assist residents in effectively addressing the issues and concerns that affect neighborhoods.  Here are some links to view our programs & services brochures online:

In addition to our grant programs, Neighborhoods21 is one of our cornerstones:

  • Neighborhoods in the 21st Century: Getting Organized - The Neighborhoods21 Program is available to help neighborhood residents develop their very own voluntary neighbor organization. Part of Neighborhood Services' mission is to empower residents to address neighborhood issues and concerns. Through Neighborhoods21, assistance is provided to establish and maintain self-sufficient, active neighborhood organizations. Neighborhood21 is also a valuable tool used to revitalize existing neighborhood organizations. If you are interested in starting a neighborhood organization in your neighborhood, contact our office today!

Another cornerstone is our Clean & Attractive Neighborhoods Initiative:

  • Clean & Attractive Neighborhoods (CAN) - Orange County CAN provides residents and neighborhoods with easier access to the county's clean up and beautification programs and services. More...
