The County Administrator's office provides management support to the Mayor, Board of County Commissioners and other agencies of Orange County Government. The management support function includes: direction and coordination of the eight functional departments of Orange County; implementation of the policies of the Mayor and Board of County Commissioners; and exercising leadership to encourage the employees of Orange County to achieve the highest standards of efficiency, effectiveness, ethics and community involvement.
