The Public Art Review Board ("PARB") meets about four times during the year. In June, it meets for its annual evaluation of requests from artists who would like to exhibit their work in the Chambers of the Board of County Commissioners. The Board is also charged with approving the annual Public Art Action Plan (see below) and Artist Selection Panel recommendations with respect to County Capital Improvement Projects.

Judy Albertson Ms. Albertson, an Arts & Cultural Affairs Advisory Council member for the first five years, is an owner of Albertson-Peterson Art Consultants. She holds a bachelor's degree in Letters from the University of Oklahoma and is a member of the Cornell Museum of Fine Arts and the Atlantic Center for the Arts. She has also served as a board member for the Orlando Museum of Art. She is a former member of the Orlando Museum Board and formerly on the Cornell and Atlantic Center for the Arts Boards. She is presently a Trustee at the University of Central Florida, a Trustee on the Bach Festival Board and a Trustee on the Board of WMFE.
Jose Bosque Born in Puerto Rico, Jose Ismael Bosque graduated from the University of Puerto Rico with a concentration in Marketing & Advertising and later obtained his J.D. from Barry Law School with a major in copyrights law. He served a legislative aide for a Florida Senate office in Orlando. Jose has also been involved with local radio programming as host of "Social Therapy" on 1580 AM which focused on the appreciation of the arts as a cure for stress by interviewing local and international artist and promoting arts and cultural events within Central Florida. Jose is also the creator of a Latino artist registry and the arts & culture newsletter "CulturArte News". He writes for LaPrensa Newspaper and is the new Government affairs Liaison for the PR Chamber of Commerce.
Carolyn Fennell Director of Public Affairs for the Greater Orlando Aviation Authority where she served as staff for the procurement of art since the airport opened in 1981. She is a member of the Orlando Museum of Art Board of Trustees, Board of Preserve Eatonville Community and the Valencia Foundation Board.
Susie Findell A native Floridian, Susie is Vice President of SunTrust Bank (where she gives art tours). She has been an active participant in the local art scene for many years and currently serves on the Board of Directors for the Orlando Repertory Theatre, MicheLee Puppets and the Holocaust Museum and Resource Education Center.
Marena Grant Morrisey Executive Director of the Orlando Museum of Art and has served on the Orlando Public Art Advisory Board, the Orlando International Airport Art Selection Committee and the Art Group of the Orlando/Orange County Convention & Visitors Bureau. She has served on the Public Art Committee since its inception.
Michael Houston Self-employed architect with additional training and experience in visual arts using various media, as well as an enthusiastic amateur photographer. Longtime subscriber to the Orlando-UCF Shakespeare Festival, Orlando Philharmonic Orchestra and can be seen attending many other visual and performing arts events locally. He is also Vice President of the Florida Green Building Coalition.
Walter Ketcham Mr. Ketcham graduated from Stetson University receiving his undergraduate degree in 1970 and his Juris Doctorate degree in 1973. Mr. Ketcham has been a partner and shareholder with Grower, Ketcham, More, Rutherford, Eide & Telan, P.A. since 1987 and currently serves as managing partner of the firm. Mr. Ketcham is a member of the American Bar Association, The Florida Bar, American Academy of Trial Lawyers, American Board of Trial Advocates and has served as Past President and is honored as a Charter Member of the American Board of Trial Advocates. He has also been honored with membership in the National Mock Trial Team, Dental Malpractice, and the American Association of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery.
Michael Lehman President and shareholder of BOBOSART, Inc, an art consulting and art solutions company based in Orlando. Michael and his colleagues at BOBOSART are committed to placing art in public places through their work with private clients and community service organizations. Prior to being appointed to the Public Art Review Board, Michael provided lighting consulting services to Orange County for the art lighting in the County Commission Chambers at no cost, and since has participated on the selection committee for art in the gymnasiums being developed by the Orlando Magic. Michael holds a B.A. in International Affairs from F.S.U.

Paul Wenzel Paul F. Wenzel received his Masters degree from the University of Tennessee and taught at the University of Central Florida for eight years before becoming the Public Art Coordinator/Collection registrar for the City of Orlando. He is a member of the College Art Association, The Boston Printmakers and Who's Who Among America's Teachers.
