Orange County 311 provides a simple and convenient way for citizens to access the services that Orange County Government provides. Our Call Center Specialists receive and respond to citizen inquiries regarding a broad array of county services.
Orange County 311 is a telephone and self-serve web-based service that provides timely information, referrals and problem solving. We handle approximately 20,000 calls per month.
Orange County 311 staffs the call center with courteous specialists to answer questions, coordinate complaints, handle designated requests for services and solves problems related to Orange County Government. We also work with the community to enhance awareness of services offered to Orange County citizens through various fairs, festivals and expos scheduled in the area.
The hours of operations are 7 a.m. to 11 p.m. (Monday-Saturday), 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. (Sunday); except County holidays. Hours of operations may be extended due to disaster and emergency situations.
