The Village of Imagine is IntraWest's first project in the center of the enterprising and vacationing area in the I-Drive Corridor. Comprised of approximately 1,000 residences on 30 acres, The Village of Imagine will showcase authentic architecture from across the state, while devoting ample space to native landscaping, abundant water features, natural walkways and preserved green areas. Vista Cay will be a gated community offering 674 luxury condos and town homes in Orlando's newest master planned development, on Universal Boulevard directly across from the Convention Center's N/S Building. Read More.


Pointe Orlando, a 450,000 square foot open-air center with restaurants, entertainment and retail located on International Drive, has started construction on their redevelopment plan. The Plan positions several restaurants along International Drive, including three signature restaurants in the former FAO Schwarz location. These restaurants will have International Drive frontage, as well as patio seating and valet parking. New storefronts will be reminiscent of a city streetscape. Read More.
