LET'S WELCOME CAPTAIN BROWN TO THE DOWNTOWN ORANGE COUNTY TEAM!!!!!

Captain Wells will be missed but she has handed off the baton into the very, capable hands of Captain Brown. When asked for a little information about herself Captain Nancy Brown volunteered the following:

• Originally from Ohio; has lived in Orlando for 21 years
• Has been with the Orange County Sheriff's Office for 20 years
• Has worked in various units within the Sheriff's Office including patrol, vice, narcotics, community policing, internal affairs, staff inspections, and accreditation
• Currently assigned as the Captain in Sector 5; spent two years as the Patrol Lieutenant in Sector 5 in 2002-03
• In her free time she enjoys spending time with family and friends, being outdoors, going to the beach, running, and relaxing at home

Captain Brown is a great addition to the tourism corridor and we all look forward to working with her.
