The Graphics & Special Projects Section takes photographs and designs and creates Department brochures, flyers, newsletters, and other publicity materials. Graphics consults with Departmental customers to evaluate their graphic, photographic, or printing needs and recommends design or photographic solutions and coordinates product development. The Graphics staff also serves some Countywide functions, including photography and special graphic design requests from the Mayor's Office and the Board of County Commissioners.

Special Projects include the preparation of various presentations to Senior Staff and the Board of County Commissioners; publication of the Department newsletter Growth by Design; interdepartmental coordination of technology, emergency preparedness and response, and Communications Services Tax and Public Service Tax reporting; and assistance with other miscellaneous projects.
