"Planner of the Day" is a customer service provided by the Planning Division to ensure that a planner is always available to answer questions and assist citizens regarding the Orange County Comprehensive Policy Plan and other planning topics. A professional staff planner is available to meet with citizens who visit the office or call (407) 836-5600 between 7:30 a.m. and 5:30 p.m. Monday to Thursday, or between 7:30 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. Fridays.

While it is advisable to schedule appointments to discuss large development projects or to look at specific files, the on-call planner is always ready to answer questions and assist citizens. Unable to visit our office? Contact the Planning Division at your convenience by sending an email to planning@ocfl.net. Staff will promptly respond to your questions.
