The staff of the Research and Intergovernmental Coordination Section conducts research and manages projects that focus on the relationship of Orange County's population, land use, redevelopment, transportation, and urban design to the County's business climate and economic development initiatives. In addition, the Section monitors annexation activities within Orange County, determines short run impacts, long term effects and public policy implications of annexations and assists with the implementation of Joint Planning Area (JPA) Agreements. |
