The purpose of the School Impact Fee Study Advisory Group was to recommend a consistent methodology for performing the school impact fee studies subsequent to the 2005 revisions to the school impact fee ordinance. The Advisory Group completed their recommendations in 2006 and a link to the final report is below:
The Orange County School Board retained Tindale-Oliver and Associates to conduct a study to update the school impact fee. The School Impact Fee Study Advisory Group has reconvened to review the study for consistency with the approved School Impact Fee Study Advisory Group methodology.
