The Life Safety Education Bureau offers fire and life safety education programs to Orange County residents and visitors, community/social organization, and public/private business group. This includes: fire safety for children/adults, drowning prevention, first aid presentations, bicycle safety, a presentation on the use of 911, fire extinguisher training/demonstration, and pool safety for children.
To schedule a public relations event or education program please see the recommendations listed below

  • The minimum group size required should be no less than 10 people.
  • Please call 2-3 weeks in advance to schedule all programs.
  • Arrival times are approximate; units are in service and may be diverted to an emergency call.
  • Have an alternate date ready.
  • We cannot endorse any product or service.
  • These services are only available in the unincorporated areas on Orange County.
  • If you reside in a city that has its own fire department, please call that department to schedule your events.
  • In order to schedule your request, it should be faxed or mailed back as soon as possible.
  • Orange County Fire Rescue Department does not participate in birthday parties or have birthday parties at the fire stations.
