The Roadway Agreement Committee (RAC) evaluates credit requests submitted by applicants/developers based on consistency with past practice, need, technical requirements, financial implications and other issues as appropriate.  If the credit request is approved, the applicant is required to enter into a developer's agreement with Orange County, which is then subject to approval by the Board of County Commissioners (BCC).

The RAC meets every other Wednesday from 8:30 a.m. to noon on the first floor of the Public Works building located at 2400 South John Young Parkway in Orlando.
