Orange County has hired a consultant to conduct a preliminary engineering study on Dr. Phillips Boulevard between Pine Springs Drive and Craindale Drive. The purpose of the study is to review the traffic history, analyze the present roadway conditions and to evaluate the potential safety improvements for this segment of road. After the engineering evaluation is complete, the resulting recommendations will be documented in a report and scheduled for implementation.
