Final design activities are underway to prepare construction plans, specifications, and right-of-way maps for both sections of the Rouse Road Project. Section 1 is from approximately Lake Underhill Road to south of State Road 50. Section 2 commences where section 1 ends and extends to Corporate Boulevard. The plans will address roadway, drainage, signals and traffic signing and pavement markings. The final design also includes plans for maintaining traffic flow during construction and providing access to adjacent properties during construction. The right-of-way maps will detail the additional right-of-way required for the project.
