The Valencia College Lane project is currently in the Design Phase.  The design phase of this project has just begun.  Field surveys are being conducted and the data collection phase is underway.  Additional right-of-way will be required for roadway construction and stormwater ponds.  Temporary construction easements and/or slope easements may be needed to blend the proposed improvements with existing conditions.  The design phase of the project is scheduled to be completed by February 2010.  The right-of-way acquisition and construction phases will follow.
