Swimming at Orange County’s Downey Park Will Resume

FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE

ORANGE COUNTY, Fla. – The ban on swimming will be lifted tomorrow at Orange County Parks and Recreation Divisions bathing beach at Downey Park.  The Florida Department of Health had recommended closing the bathing beach due to high bacteria levels found in the water. 
    
The bathing beach will reopen Saturday, June 27 as bacteria levels reach the normal levels.
