Orange County Firefighters Respond to House Fire
 

Orange County, At 7:37 p.m. Orange County Firefighters responded to a structure fire at 3458 Janet St., in the Plymouth area of un-incorporated Orange County.

While traveling to the call, firefighters could see a large column of black heavy smoke. Upon arrival, fire crews found a 900 sq. ft. residential block structure with heavy smoke emitting from 2 sides of the structure. Orange County Firefighters worked quickly to knock down the fire; fire was reported under control within 6 minutes after the first unit arrived on scene.

All residents self- evacuated the structure prior to the arrival of the first Orange County unit. The Red Cross was called to assist 4 adults and 3 children, which were displaced from their home.
   
The State Fire Marshal responded to the fire scene to investigate the cause of the fire.
