ORANGE COUNTY, Fla. – Swimming at Orange County Parks and Recreation Divisions Kelly Park Rock Springs has re-opened.  The Florida Department of Health had recommended closing the bathing beach last week due to high bacteria levels found in the water. 

Weekly testing will be conducted by Orange County's Environmental Protection Division for the Health Department.
Kelly Park is located at 400 E. Kelly Park Rd, Apopka.
