Windows Media Player - For best results, please update your Windows Media Player to the latest version! Windows Media Player download page.

Video on Demand - Look for Orange TV's Video on Demand feature! Start by navigating to the Orange TV page under "Orange Media", then look for the Video on Demand link in the left menu. Pick your Board of County Commissioners (BCC) meeting, click on an agenda item, and that section's video will launch.

Skip Ahead in a Video - Other County meetings that air on Orange TV are also available on demand. Although those meetings are not divided by agenda item, viewers can easily jump to any portion of the meeting by dragging the timeline bar across the screen.

Email a Video Clip - Once you are in Windows Media Player and the clip is loading, select the View menu on the top tool bar. Move your mouse down to Enhancements, and select Video Link for Email. That will allow you to mark a starting point (mark in) and an end point (mark out) for the clip you want to send. Once you have your clip selected, click "Send media link in email".
