911 Communications serves the citizens of Orange County and the public safety community by providing quality service and updated technology through enhanced 9-1-1 service, a regional intergovernmental radio system, and education for citizens and public safety users.
Oversees the regulation of emergency medical services to residents and visitors of Orange County. Also includes information for those with special needs.
OCFRD is charged with all fire suppression, field EMS/Rescue, fire code enforcement, permit procedures, and public education tasks in the charter (unincorporated) county area.
