- Canadian Housing Information Center(PDF) - Canada Mortgage and Housing Corporation commissioned the study, "Municipal Planning for Affordable Housing," to consolidate existing knowledge on six land use planning and associated financial mechanisms that are currently in use by municipalities in North America for new affordable housing and that have some promise for expanded use in Canadian cities.
