FastTrack Member Services Sign Up PROCESS   Sign up to use FastTrack Member Services by clicking "Sign up" in the navigation menu above. Write down your username. A temporary password confirmation will be sent to you by US Postal Service. Log On with your username and temporary password by clicking "Log On" in the navigation menu above. You will be required to change your temporary password to one that you select and to enter a hint phrase that will help you remember your password. Begin using FastTrack Member Services to Apply Online For FastTrack Plumbing, Electrical and Mechanical Permits. You may also View Escrow Activity Statements, Check Your Escrow Balance, Search for Permits by Address, View Your Recent Permit Applications, and Inquire on Inspection Results and Commercial Plan Review status. Apply for FastTrack Permits Provide Permit Set up Information. Enter Building permit number when applying for a subpermit or jobsite address for repair non-plan permits. Verify Permit Information. FastTrack will verify the jobsite address, or get the information from the Building permit. Specify the type of permit for which you are applying. Complete the permit application worksheets.  Provide the details of work for your electrical, plumbing, or mechanical permit application. Proceed to the transaction summary.  Check out. All your permit applications, from this session, will be listed. Permit fees will be deducted from your Orange County contractor escrow account as they are processed.You may View or Print your permit applications.  Check permit activation by selecting FastTrack Home from the navigation menu above and then Recent Permits Issued. As soon as the permit is active you may begin work! View and Print Your Escrow Activity Statements View Your Escrow Activity Statements. From FastTrack Home, Click Escrow Activity Statements. The current month's activity, as of last night, is displayed. Use the links "Previous Month" and "Next Month" to navigate to your other monthly statements. You may display the current and previous three months' statements. Prepare to Print Your Escrow Activity Statements. Click "printer-friendly" at the bottom of any statement for a printable version. Print Your Escrow Activity Statements.  Click on the Printer Icon on the Tool bar or do File-Print.
