Description:
The request is to amend Orange County Code Divisions 6 & 7 related to the CVC designation
only, and the Isleworth Four Corners Planned Develpoment (PD). The request is to increase entitlements for the
Northwest Quadrant of the PD only (within the diagonal hatched area in the map above), from the 10,000 square feet of
non-residential uses and two (2) dwelling units per acre. Proposed PD changes also affect development performance standards within the NW Quadrant only (height, uses permitted , etc.).
Finally Parcel 09-23-28-0000-00-004 is proposed to be added to the PD (marked by star in map).
