Description:The proposed comprehensive Plan amendment
would change the Future Land Use Map designations
for all properties within an expanded I-Drive District to a
newly created I Drive District Regional Center (IDD-DC) designation,
while allowing consideration of residential development within the district with increases densities (units per acres).
A separate proposed administrative rezoning would change all conventionally zoned
properties to the established Transect Zones reflected on the previously approved IDrive District Overlay Zone- Regulating Plan.
