Welcome to the Orange County Team! The county offers a comprehensive benefits package. As a new employee, you will be eligible for these benefits on your first day of employment. myOCWellness

myOCWellness


myOCWellness is a multi-year, points-driven health initiative. The goal is for employees and/or their spouses to earn 70 points individually during the Fiscal Year by completing health-related tasks. Due to COVID-19, we have expanded the time frame that employees can earn points from Jan. 1, 2019 - Sept. 30, 2020.

Once an employee and/or spouse earns at least 70 points individually, the points will convert into a $20 or $40 (for both) reduction toward 2021 Cigna medical insurance premiums per pay period. For more information, visit the myOCWellness page or email wellness@ocfl.net.
