Art in the Chambers
Visual art exhibitions are displayed in the Orange County Board of County Commissioners Chambers and are rotated in January, May, and September. The artwork for the Chambers Gallery is curated by the Public Art Review Board and features prominent local collections, as well as works by nationally recognized artists who have lived or worked in Orange County. Artwork exhibited must be large scale, suitable for all audiences, family-friendly, and non-political.
Selected artists will be awarded a solo exhibition, which includes the following benefits:
- A $500 stipend to assist with artwork transportation expenses.
- Professional installation services provided by Orange County.
- The gallery offers high visibility, with artwork prominently displayed behind the Mayor and Commissioners during all meetings and events in the Chambers, appearing in photographs and recordings for a period of four months; the location also receives substantial foot traffic.
- An opening reception with refreshments held at no cost to the artist, with invitations extended to the public and Orange County elected officials to celebrate the exhibition.
- Artworks will be available for purchase, with Orange County retaining no commission.
- An Artist Spotlight Video featuring a 10-minute interview for promoting the artist that can be included in the artist’s portfolio.
- Professional photography of artwork and opening reception.
- Exhibition advertising materials professionally designed by Orange County’s Graphics Department.
- Social media marketing support provided by Orange County’s Communications Department.
- A press release prepared and distributed to Orange County’s public media contacts.

The Atrium Gallery hosts monthly exhibitions for emerging and established artists who reside or have resided in the Central Florida community, or for organizations within Orange County seeking to promote a specific artist, artist group, or cause. Artwork exhibited must be appropriate for all audiences, family-friendly, and non-political.
Selected artists will be awarded a solo exhibition, which includes the following benefits:
- Professional installation services provided by Orange County.
- This gallery is prominently located and will be viewed by all individuals entering the Orange County Administration Center, which experiences substantial foot traffic.
- Artworks will be available for purchase, with Orange County retaining no commission.

Multicultural Center
The Multicultural Center Gallery hosts monthly exhibitions and is designed to support both emerging and established artists who reside in or have lived in the Pine Hills community. Additionally, community organizations within Pine Hills may also utilize the space to promote specific artists, artist groups, or causes. Artwork exhibited must be appropriate for all audiences, family-friendly, and non-political.

- This gallery is prominently located and will be viewed by all individuals entering the Orange County Multicultural Center, which experiences substantial foot traffic.

Sculpture on the Lawn
The Sculpture on the Lawn program is an annual international art competition showcasing large-scale sculptures by four selected artists, who receive an honorarium in exchange for loaning their works. Since its inception in 2015, residents of Orange County have had the opportunity to view sculptures from around the world. Throughout the day and night, both residents and visitors in Orlando frequently visit to observe and interact with the artworks. These sculptures encourage community engagement and provide an inviting focal point within this green space in Downtown Orlando.
Selected artists will receive:
- A $5,000 payment for sculpture loan.
- Professional installation services provided by Orange County.
- The Orange County Sculpture Garden offers high visibility, with artwork prominently displayed in front of the Orange County Administration Center, appearing in photographs and recordings for a period of one year; the location also receives substantial foot traffic and members of the public often stopping to take selfies.
- An opening reception with refreshments held at no cost to the artist, with invitations extended to the public and Orange County elected officials to celebrate the exhibition.
- Sculptures will be available for purchase, with Orange County retaining no commission.
- Possible opportunity for second year of exhibition with Art on the Green in Orange County.
- Professional photography of artwork and opening reception.
- Exhibition advertising materials professionally designed by Orange County’s Graphics Department.
- Social media marketing support provided by Orange County’s Communications Department.
- A press release prepared and distributed to Orange County’s public media contacts.
- Video package produced for International Sculpture Day, featuring installation footage, artist interviews, and coverage of the opening reception.
