Description:Orange County Utilities will be constructing a new gravity sewer collection system in Rolling Oaks, Carlton Woods, and Carlton Oaks, and two associated wastewater pump stations and transmission mains. The project will also include connecting individual residences to the sewer main, abandoning existing septic tanks, landscaping and site restoration, resurfacing roadways (materials to match existing), and installing new irrigation service connections with a meter at each residence. Orange County Utilities representatives will present a brief overview of the project, discuss the construction schedule, and answer any questions.
